Apple registers 7 to 9 million requests to book iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro

Renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo published a replacement report today explaining the amount of pre-booking requests for both iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, which ranged from 7 to 9 million units, and Apple was ready to record up to 2 million requests during the primary day of opening the booking door.

Apple began receiving pre-booking requests for both the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro last Friday, with pre-booking requests for the primary day reaching just 2 million units, while now rising to 7 million to 9 million units before the top of the primary week.

Apple recorded 10 to 12 pre-booking requests for the iPhone 11 series during the primary week of booking for these releases last year.

Apple also registered between 500,000 and 800,000 pre-booking requests for 2019 releases within the primary 24 hours of opening the booking door, while Apple was ready to pre-order between 1.7 million and a couple of million pre-orders on the primary day of opening the reservation for 2 iPhone 12 phones.

Kuo confirmed in its report that preliminary reports of pre-booking orders for the iPhone 12 Pro exceeded analysts' expectations, thanks to high demand for brand spanking new releases in China, the us and europe.

On the opposite hand, analysts expect Apple to record pre-booking requests for iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 mini at a mean level compared to booking requests for iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12, but preliminary reports indicate that Apple will see a revival in iPhone sales this year.
